What on earth are we going to do now that baseball is over!? Don’t get me wrong, I’m not sad to be no longer scrubbing white baseball pants every night, or feeling utterly disgusting with sweat, dirt, and sunscreen from head to toe. But I will miss watching this little guy as the season comes to an end.

Drew’s 9U AA baseball team, the Strikezone Bulldogs, had a great kid-pitch transition season with two tournament wins and a 2nd place finish. They won the Big League Chew championship…

and a championship win in the Cowtown Tournament. He’s thrilled to get an actual trophy instead of a medal! Apparently medals are not as cool anymore!?
Although these cuties didn’t advance into bracket play in the State Tournament like they had hoped, they are a great little baseball team and always improving. Way to go Bulldogs!
