Oh no.  Here we go again…we are coming to the end of the school year and I’m getting sad that Jake will no longer be in elementary school.  How is this happening!?  Can we please go back to this day when he had his first day of Kindergarten!?

The extreme cuteness of Kindergarten is just too much for me to handle!  And now all of the sudden Jake took his very last spelling test EVER! (that’s him in the back in the orange shirt trying to be tall).

And today he participated in his very last Fit-N-Fun day at school.  

Next week he will sign his very last elementary school yearbook, take his last field trip, sit in the lunch room for the last time, and say goodbye to all his teachers at Manchester Park.  All of this makes me extremely sad but it also makes me think back on the amazing memories he has created!  We have a new middle school journey to face and I’m with this handsome guy every step of the way.

And on a sidenote, he went on a slight shopping spree at Bass Pro last night with Papa and is thrilled to try out his new fishing pole.  Hope you catch some good ones, Jakers!
