I was lucky enough to take these adorable girls to the Royals game on Thursday night and the Royals won…bonus!  It was a great game.  You’ll notice I’m not in this picture for a few reasons.  My bedroom and bathroom are under construction and I don’t have access to my makeup or clothing.  YIKES!  Poor Morgan has been putting up with me digging through her drawers for clothes, showering in her bathroom, using her toiletries, and collecting piles of laundry in every corner of her room.  Sorry MoMo!  Thank you for letting me set up shop in there.  You’ve been super sweet and patient about it!  Needless to say, I looked like a wreck at that game so there was going to be no picture taking with me in there!  On top of that, it was SUPER hot…95-100 degrees I am guessing.  It was too hot for soccer-the club cancelled all the practices.  Thank you Aunt Jenn for looking after Reece, Jake, & Drew so I could do this with Morgan!

We picked up Subway and the girls set up a little tailgate while I camped out in the van with the air conditioner running.  I figured they didn’t want me hanging out there with them anyway.  They were so adorable in their royals gear and hair fixed cute.  I could take some pointers from these cuties!

I had to smirk when I saw all of them in converse and on their phones most of the game. This is just the life of a 13 year old I guess!

They all got dippin’ dots for their royals game treat and they were giving me trouble because I’ve never had dippin’ dots!!  Girls, I had so much fun and I’m thrilled to be able to take you for one last fun night out for the summer!  You girls are going to rock it in 8th grade!  XOXO
