The month of May is the jackpot of birthdays in this family!  Our precious Grammy D, starts us off on the birthday madness on May 1st…May Day!  This May 1st, she will be 92 years old and Grammy D is quite simply…AWESOME.  We love her to pieces but she lives in Pittsburg, KS so we don’t see her as much as we would like.  However, Greg and his family get the opportunity to go to Tulsa, OK and always make a point to stop to see Grammy on their route.  This past weekend they stopped to deliver her our birthday gift – a beautiful red flowering plant (red is her favorite color) and a wal-mart gift card.  She still gets out and picks up groceries and stuff!  You go girl!  They took her out to eat in PBurg and they treated her to ice cream and happy birthday singing.  It’s a little early, but I say she should just keep on celebrating all the way up to May 1st. Isn’t she the cutest!?

Then the rest of the month we will continue on the massive May birthday celebrating with Audrey, Eli, Reece and my friend Chesley share the same bday, Frank (grandpa) and Uncle Scott G share the same birthday, my Mom (nanny), and Helena (grandma).  We’ll be in a birthday cake sugar coma for weeks!  Happy May birthdays!
